DIGITAL
We have several digital machines and can produce work in mono or full colour. Digital printing is suitable if you require short print runs, although it does have some advantages and disadvantages:
Advantages:
• Faster turnaround
• More economical for short print runs
• Can be combined with variable data to produce personalised mail shots, numbering etc
Disadvantages:
• There are restrictions on the weight (maximum 300gsm), size (maximum A3),
colour and finish of materials
• Variation of colour between proof and print run may occur
• Variation of colour during the print run can occur
• Not suitable for letterheads etc which have to go through a laser desk-top printer
