How Salisbury Printing has evolved 
Salisbury Printing was founded in 1976 by Linda and Steve Tilley (Senior). We originally shared premises with Bill Toop (a local watercolour artist) in New Street, Salisbury. Needing to expand, we moved to Summerlock Mews, before relocating to our current premises in Greencroft Street and Guilder Lane. 
 
In 2004, we installed our first digital printing machine and have continued to keep up to date with technological advancements ever since, providing you with the best products and service. 
 
Sadly, Stephen Tilley died in 2006, but the Company continues to thrive with Linda at the helm driving the 15 employees and Salisbury Printing forward at every opportunity available.

Sarah Brookbank 
RECEPTIONIST 
 
Sarah is the first point of contact for all our visitors. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, Sarah will  
be able to take your orders or point you in the right direction if further help is needed. 
 
 
Steve Tilley 
ESTIMATOR 
 
Steve looks after estimates and sales. He is a valuable member of the team and has great customer service skills, as well as an impressive knowledge of all things digital. 
 
 
Julie Horne 
ACCOUNT MANAGER 
 
With an extensive background in print and publishing, Julie is the Salisbury Printing Account Manager. She has been in the industry since the 1980s. Julie looks after the estimating, sales and marketing in the company. 
 
 
Paul Dible 
PRODUCTION MANAGER & DIRECTOR 
 
Paul ensures schedules are met and that paper and personnel are in the right place at the right time. He has a completely unflappable nature and an amazing ability to multi-task and organise. 
 
 
Lee Worsfold 
ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER 
 
Lee works closely with Paul to ensure all jobs are printed, finished and delivered on time. He also deals with despatch and costing. 
 
 
John Phillips 
STUDIO MANAGER & DIRECTOR 
 
John has a huge depth of knowledge and a very approachable manner. He has worked for the company for over 25 years and has been Studio Manager since 1993. John is a firm favourite with clients and staff alike. 
 
 
Fiona Tempest Radford 
ASSISTANT STUDIO MANAGER 
 
Fiona has been with the company for many years and knows it inside out. She is John's 'right hand woman' and helps him to keep on top of the busy studio schedule. 
 
 
Sue Newnham 
GRAPHIC DESIGNER 
 
Sue is a qualified graphic designer and worked 
in London for many years for companies such 
as Dorling Kindersley, John Lewis and Marks 
& Spencer before joining us in 2004. She is 
an absolute asset and to quote many a client 
‘a pleasure to work with’.
